Forgotten your password

The platform cannot email you a reset link, because no mail server is configured. That is a deliberate choice rather than a fault: an emailed link would be one more place a password could leak.

An administrator sets a new password for you directly and passes it on. Ask whoever administers the platform at your organisation, then change it from your account page once you are in.
